The Property Accountant will be responsible for full cycle accounting and reporting of our diverse portfolio of clients. This role enables property managers and owners to make informed decisions that maximize value and performance of our properties.
Requirements
- 2-5 years' of work experience in commercial property accounting
- Property management accounting experience
- Post-secondary accounting degree or CPA qualification
- Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word and accounting software packages
