Director, Development, Nicola Real Estate

We are seeking a Director, Development to oversee and drive the successful approval and execution of development projects within the Ontario portfolio for Nicola Real Estate. The role requires strong leadership and experience in real estate development, including managing planning approvals, coordinating with third-party consultants, and leading negotiations with municipal staff.

Requirements

• 8+ years of real estate experience in a progressively senior role
• Demonstrated experience overseeing teams and leading complex mixed-use development projects from inception through to completion
• Relevant post-secondary education in architecture, planning, engineering, urban land economics
