Nicola Wealth offers a 12-month internship program for new graduates in private wealth management. The program provides opportunities for personal and professional growth, learning from experienced wealth advisors, and the chance to be hired as a full-time Wealth Planning Associate.

Requirements

• Completion of post-secondary education in finance or a related field
• Desire to enroll in and complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) during the length of the program
• 1-2+ years of professional experience (optional)
• Interest in pursuing a career in wealth management
• Exemplary organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An analytical mindset
• Resourceful and a self-starter
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
