Job Description
We are looking for a Principal, Infrastructure Investments to source new infrastructure opportunities, grow our market presence, and lead due diligence on new investments.
Requirements
- Source and evaluate global infrastructure investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key market participants, existing and prospective GP partners, and other infrastructure investors.
- Lead and oversee due diligence on new investments, including industry and risk analysis, financial model review, documentation and contract review, and coordination with external advisors.
- Prepare and present investment recommendations to the Investment Committee.
- Review junior team members' work and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship.
- Support portfolio management activities, including investment monitoring, performance and attribution analysis, fund-level cash flow projections, risk exposure analysis, and preparation of reporting and marketing materials in collaboration with internal teams.
