Job Description
Nicola Wealth is seeking a Senior Accountant for a 18-month contract role in Real Estate Finance. The role involves preparing month-end close of property and fund level financials, performing detailed oversight, and preparing financial reporting for various Real Estate corporate entities.
Requirements
- Accounting qualification – CPA or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting, ideally with audit experience.
- Familiarity with Yardi software is preferred.
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
