Job Description
Senior Analyst, Real Estate Asset Management position at Nicola Wealth, responsible for supporting the Asset Management Team with various tasks, including financial analysis, lease administration, and asset performance monitoring.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of real estate experience in asset management, appraisal, brokerage or related sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in finance, real estate or a related discipline.
- Experienced with financial modeling and discounted cash flow analysis.
- Sound understanding of real estate valuation methods.
- Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel and experience with Argus.
- Knowledge of Yardi suite of modules is an asset.
- Ability to travel within Canada and the US, plus a valid driver’s license is an asset.
