General Manufacturing - Finish Painter - Second Shift

Requirements

• Follows manufacturer’s instructions to mix paint materials, etc. to proper color and consistency.
• Must be able to prepare surfaces and properly apply paint and other finishes to surfaces of manufactured products, building, etc., with brush or power equipment.
• Properly label and store paint and chemicals.
• Clean, maintain and store applicators, supplies and materials.
• Must inspect finished surfaces for proper appearance and use to determine paint build thickness.
• Daily/weekly TPM tasks must be performed with accuracy and consistency.
• Six thousand (6,000) hours of experience required to perform work, attain skills necessary.
• Perform other duties as designated by supervisor in the same salary grade or below.
