Vice President, Operations

We are searching for a Vice President, Operations to elevate our overall business performance while driving a culture of change to achieve our visions of the future. The role is as a proactive member of the Senior Management team to create, deliver and manage strategies in achieving operational excellence spanning the platform to achieve ambitious targets of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery while driving continuous improvement activities across all manufacturing related areas of the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering or Operations Management, or above, is required.
• 15+ years of progressive Manufacturing experience, at least 10 years in a leadership role.
• P&L management experience strongly preferred (proven strategic planning and budgeting experience).
• Strong business acumen and a proven track record of achieving financial and operational results.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including problem solving, team building, coaching, and the ability to motivate people.
• Must be a highly results-oriented and customer-focused individual.
• Lean Six Sigma experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally 50%+
• English mandatory. Other language skills are helpful.
