Corporate Finance Manager

Nido Living is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to support the company's bank financing and capital management, sourcing, negotiating, and managing bank loans, credit lines, and other debt instruments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, banking, treasury, or debt capital markets
• Proven experience negotiating with banks and raising external debt financing
• Strong understanding of debt instruments, loan structuring, credit risk, and financial covenants
• Excellent analytical, modelling, and presentation skills
• High proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
• Fluency in working English and German is mandatory
