Analyst/Sr Analyst - Customer Success (Analytics & Insights)

Analyze and interpret data to inform client decisions, create compelling reports and presentations, and visualize data effectively. Collaborate with clients and drive efficiency in project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Strong analytical and business acumen, with an understanding of growth and brand strategy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell stories through data.
• Comfortable working independently in a digitally enabled environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; retail or POS data experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of statistics is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Japanese (written and spoken).
