This is a hybrid role, typically 1 day per week in the Oxford office, as a Consumer Insights Analyst in the Customer Success Team. The role involves establishing strong relationships with clients and colleagues, understanding client needs, and creating solutions that help clients achieve their goals. The role requires strong presentation and communication skills, experience working with consumer panels, and the ability to analyze data confidently.
