The Senior Retail CS Consultant is an experienced Individual Contributor role within the talented regional Retail Customer Success HQ teams of NIQ. In this position, you will work closely with the central office of a strategic global retailer and act as a trusted advisor, linking business questions with data-based answers.
Requirements
- Fluent German knowledge and very good English skills
- Funded experience in Customer Analytics, Loyalty-Card-Data, Shopper Insights or analysis of customer behavior
- Solid FMCG expertise and understanding of the dynamics between trade and manufacturers
- Proven experience in cooperating with senior and C-level stakeholders
- Experience in working across multiple countries and teams
- High analytical competence (EPOS, RMS, Panel, Loyalty- or CPS-like data sets)
- Strong influence and persuasion abilities and ability to lead without direct authority
