LM - 002 - Customer Service Specialist

We are growing and hiring an experienced Customer Service Specialist to help us stay informed on how our products are performing with clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a background in consumer products, and experience with computer software.

Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish or Chinese language proficiency a plus.
• Background in consumer products is a plus, and/or interest in e-bikes and/or outdoor gear such as solar panels
• Must know your way around a computer and typical business software
• Confident, professional decorum when interacting with clients on the phone and through email
