Nightsea is a subsidiary of Sailvan Times, a thriving technology-driven cross-border e-commerce company. The company is seeking an HR Business Partner to support its business growth and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
• 3+ years of HR experience, with a focus on HR BP roles preferred
• Proficient in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training, and organizational development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong working relationships at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Strategic thinking and the ability to provide forward-looking HR insights and solutions to the business
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the cross-border e-commerce industry is a plus
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required
