This role is a part of the Global Kids Sportswear Product Management Team and is responsible for leading the end-to-end product creation process for Kids TEES Apparel. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of apparel product creation and is energized by managing a high-volume business with speed and precision.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, Merchandising, or a related apparel role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or developing a team is a plus
- Strong understanding of apparel product construction, graphics execution, sourcing, and the end-to-end product creation process.
- Experience managing complex seasonal calendars and multiple product deliverables simultaneously.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative environment.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, Airtable, and collaborative tools such as Miro.
- Passion for kids consumer trends, sport culture, and the intersection of style and performance.
- Ability to travel up to 10 - 15% domestic and international
