Requirements
- Using experience in customer assistance and exceptional product knowledge to offer a top-quality brand experience to customers
- Assisting our Leads and Coaches in training new employees
- Supporting various store departments and recommending suitable products to achieve sales goals
- Using digital knowledge to create a link between online and offline sales and services in the store
- Informing customers and new colleagues about Nike products and services
- Improving your knowledge through our tools and training courses to ensure you stay up-to-date and learn about sales trends, products, services and Nike culture
