The Senior Manager, Digital Merch Converse GC is responsible for setting merchandising strategy, driving digital product assortment strategy, and coordinating with global merchandising teams to deliver key corporate gates and consumer-facing deliverables.

- Evolving digital product assortment strategy based on consumer demand and marketplace trends
- Exploring consumer insights and marketplace trends to develop MFE/MFO assortment
- Driving in-season product management based on solid weekly sales analysis
- Coordinating project processes and deliverables
- Reading and reacting to in-season analytics and adapting current business
- Partnership with Global and RPC team to serve GC consumer needs
