Job Description
The Senior Manager, Retail Excellence Converse China leads the Retail Excellence team to elevate retail performance and drive sustainable growth in Converse China's retail organization. Key responsibilities include leading the team, driving membership strategy, leading retail innovation, and managing client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 8-10 years of retail or retail excellence experience
- Proven people management experience
- Strong understanding of store operations and membership / consumer asset management
- Strong business judgment and cross-functional influencing skills
