Job Description
We are looking for an experienced finance manager with an audit background to oversee our financial operations and provide strategic financial guidance to the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and audit, and will be able to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or CMA is preferred.
- Strong accounting foundation and knowledge, preferably with 6 to 7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and audit
- Experience in a public accounting firm, preferably a Big 4 firm and working in a regulated financial service business
- Experience with financial software and systems, including Microsoft Excel, Xero, and ERP systems
- Strong domain knowledge on credit, specifically small business lending is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading and building cohesive, high performing teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Bahasa Indonesia and English
