NIKI is looking for a Training & Consulting Project Associate to join their team. The role involves acting as a key interface between the company and international partners, contributing to the conceptual, analytical, and content-driven aspects of training and consulting projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a University or Technical University (or equivalent)
• Full professional proficiency in German (C1/Near C2 level, written and spoken)
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Ability to create structured documentation and professional reports
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Professional demeanor, reliability, discretion, and a collaborative mindset
