ERP Specialist II

Role Overview

This role is responsible for functional and application sustaining activities of various business applications, including ERP applications. The position will provide Level 1 application support to end users, analyze business application issues, and recommend creative application solutions.

What You Will Do

Provide Level 1 application support, analyze business application issues, interface with business users, develop specifications, and conduct user community business application training.
