Job Description
Weâre seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive Industrial Vacuum Solutions (IVS) growth across Victoria and other parts of Australia. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical capability, commercial awareness, and a passion for building longâterm customer relationships.
Requirements
- Identify, research, and secure new business opportunities across targeted industries.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and pipeline goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for IVS enquiries, ensuring accurate and customerâcentred solutions.
- Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and tailored proposals.
- Lead tender submissions and support new customer onboarding.
- Maintain accurate reporting, CRM records, and account documentation.
- Share product knowledge and market insights with the wider team.
- Participate in trade shows, training sessions, and improvement initiatives.
