Job Description
Perform various routine support activities in the field service function, troubleshooting and repairing technical/mechanical equipment failures in the field. Reports design, reliability, and maintenance problems through field service management software.
Requirements
- Troubleshooting and repair of commercial and industrial floor cleaning equipment
- Completion of required reporting and time sheets
- Maintenance of training and certifications
- Ensuring spare parts stock level in van
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with little direct supervision
- Product knowledge and mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system troubleshooting skills
