Job Description
Nilfisk is a global leader in professional cleaning equipment, with a presence in over 100 countries and manufacturing facilities across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. We are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Sales Manager to lead our commercial operations in Romania.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Sales management experience, preferably in FMCG, industrial, or B2B sectors
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or surpass sales objectives
- Strong understanding of the Romanian market, distribution channels, and customer behaviors
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with effective negotiation and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Romanian and English; additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel across Romania and occasionally internationally
