Director of Finance

Nilus is seeking a Head of Finance to take full ownership of the company’s financial operations, overseeing accounting, controlling, bookkeeping, financial reporting, FP&A, payroll, tax compliance, and budgeting for both the Israeli entity and its US subsidiary.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in finance
• 2+ years in a Series A startup or high-growth tech environment
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Hands-on expertise in FP&A, financial modeling, and scenario planning
• Strong expertise in Israeli and US accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance
• Experience with cash flow management, working capital optimization
• Experience scaling financial operations in a fast-growing startup
