Buildings Manager

The Buildings Manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day management, maintenance and safety of our theatre buildings and offices. The role includes overseeing maintenance, repair of all buildings and systems, management of the in-house buildings team, and acting as primary contact for contractors and service providers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in buildings or facilities management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong organisational and communication skills and project management experience
• Practical hands-on approach with excellent technical understanding of buildings and their systems
