UX/Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior UX/Product Designer to join our team at Nimber. As a Senior UX/Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, consistent, and impactful digital solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.

Requirements

• Education in Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Media Informatics, or a similar field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience as a UX/Product Designer, with a portfolio that demonstrates real impact on user experience.
• Practical experience in qualitative and quantitative research.
• Proficiency in the complete UX process: research, concept, design, prototyping (low & high-fidelity), validation, and handoff.
• Experience in Web Software/Applications design (strong plus).
• Solid knowledge of interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
• Experience with tools like Figma.
• Ability to moderate collaborative workshops.
• Familiarity with design thinking methodologies (plus).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
