As a part of the founding development team, you will be at the forefront of innovation, playing a pivotal role in shaping our Enterprise Restaurant Operations Compound Software solution. You will craft, refine, and optimize our platform using Ruby-on-Rails, ensuring it is robust, scalable, and efficient.

Requirements

• At least 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong preference for Ruby on Rails (RoR)
• Proven track record of building and maintaining complex applications, with a strong understanding of web development principles
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis for caching and data structure storage
• Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
• Expertise with AWS cloud services and Terraform for infrastructure
• Drive: A hardcore developer mindset, ready to dive deep into code and emerge with solutions
• Adaptability: Willingness to work odd hours and go the extra mile to achieve excellence
• Team Player: Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
