Requirements
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates for technical roles
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical skillsets and ideal candidate profiles
- Build talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, research, outbound campaigns, referrals, and online communities
- Track key sourcing metrics and share insights with the recruiting team
- Maintain accurate pipeline data within our ATS
- Coordinate with hiring managers to research and plan sourcing funnels
- Maintain a high engagement rate and provide an outstanding candidate experience
