Internship (Operation Excellence)

Ninja Van is a tech-enabled logistics company looking for enthusiastic students or young graduates to join their team as interns. The internship is based on the preferred date of the student and the university, and can last from 3 to 6 months. The intern will assist the manager and team in daily analysis and daily tasks, and will be responsible for various tasks such as performing Competitors Service Level Agreement tasks, order creation, and monitoring of invoices.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in any field
• Relevant working experience is an advantage
• Meticulous in ensuring processes are followed
• Must have spoken & written knowledge in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to connect with people and communicate clearly
• Strong ability to grasp operation processes and systems quickly
• Quick learner
• Required skills: Microsoft office applications. Preferable in Google Suite
