The Warehouse Operations Team Leader is responsible for supervising daily warehouse activities, ensuring accurate and timely receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- 2–4 years of warehouse or distribution experience
- Previous experience in a team leader or senior warehouse role preferred
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety practices
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
