API Support Specialist, 1st Shift

Join us as an API Support Specialist to design, build, improve, and maintain API integrations that drive seamless financial experiences for our expanding customer base.

Requirements

• Experience in API Support or 3+ years of software development
• Demonstrated expertise with WebSockets, SQL, JSON, or using third-party REST APIs
• Demonstrated experience with technical writing
• Experience with JIRA ticketing systems, GCP logs, and BigQuery are a plus
• Experience with Java, C++,.NET, and other programming languages are a plus
