Requirements
- 3–5 years of UX and/or UI design experience in a SaaS environment
- Strong proficiency in Figma, with a robust portfolio showing polished product designs and design system usage
- Expertise in UX fundamentals including layout, spacing, hierarchy, prototyping, journey mapping, and conversion-focused flows
- Experience with scalable design systems and component libraries
- Ability to design, prototype, and iterate quickly in response to feedback
- Comfortable working independently while thriving in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas and advocate for design decisions
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, InVision, Axure, or similar
