Senior Product Designer

Nintex is seeking a Senior Product Designer to design high-quality experiences across their low-code/no-code automation and AI-assisted app development platform. The role involves owning well-defined product areas, delivering strong design craft, and collaborating closely with Product and Engineering to ship impactful solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience working on digital products
• Experience designing complex SaaS applications, preferably in low-code or no-code platforms, automation, workflow, or integration tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of product features, solid interaction design and UX problem solving, high-quality visual and UI execution
• Experience contributing to AI-enhanced product features
• Strong understanding of UX fundamentals, interaction patterns, and usability best practices
• Ability to break down complex problems and propose thoughtful, user-centered solutions
• Comfort working within defined problem spaces, with growing ability to navigate ambiguity
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and working within a design system
