Job description
We are looking for a Customer Service Employee to join our Air Cargo Division in Hoofddorp, Netherlands. As a Customer Service Employee, you will be responsible for the operational processing and coordination of air cargo shipments (both import and export). You will be in daily contact with our customers, advising them on shipments, resolving operational issues, and proactively informing them of any delays or deviations. You will also be responsible for the administrative handling of documents and factoring, working closely with internal departments and external partners to achieve team goals and KPIs.
