Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our Eagle River team. This role is pivotal in providing holistic mental health services that empower clients to achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Valid Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in KS State.
- A minimum of 1 year of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting.
- Expertise in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
- Strong communication and crisis management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
