Nurse Practitioner Family - Jefferson City, TN. Family Practice and Urgent Care. 7 Days On and 7 Days Off 12 Hourly Daily Shifts Each Day. $80K - $85K salary. Benefits include Medical Benefits, PTO 10 Days Off, 401K + Matched, CME's $1,500 Per Year.
