Lead Capital Planning Analyst

The Lead Capital Planning Analyst role involves leading monthly capital reporting, reallocation, and variance analysis, partnering with senior leadership to deliver clear insights and recommendations, and overseeing asset inventory prioritization and capital planning risk data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 7–9 years of advanced experience in Microsoft Excel
• 4–6 years of experience in financial planning, accounting, enterprise risk, or engineering-related financial analysis
• 4–6 years of experience leading or project-managing cross-functional initiatives
• Strong foundation in forecasting, annual planning, financial reporting principles, and best practices
• Proven leadership skills, including situational leadership, stakeholder influence, conflict resolution, and team development
