Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7–9 years of advanced experience in Microsoft Excel
- 4–6 years of experience in financial planning, accounting, enterprise risk, or engineering-related financial analysis
- 4–6 years of experience leading or project-managing cross-functional initiatives
- Strong foundation in forecasting, annual planning, financial reporting principles, and best practices
- Proven leadership skills, including situational leadership, stakeholder influence, conflict resolution, and team development
