The Project Manager is responsible for the safe execution of a portion of a single mega project or a portfolio of several smaller projects. Accountable for project life cycle management, including accurate budgeting and forecasting, combined with effective planning and execution.
Requirements
- Establishes effective scope, schedule, and cost baselines and change management to measure progress against plans and identify when corrective actions are needed
- Collaboration between project managers, project specialists, and contract construction inspectors
- Promotes relationships with external municipalities and local authorities
