iFA Technician

Join the iFA department as an iFA Technician and play a critical role in delivering bespoke engineering solutions to improve plant competitiveness. With opportunities for training and development, this is a chance to develop and challenge yourself.

Requirements

• Ability to follow electrical drawings and documentation.
• Building of panels, enclosures, and other electrical systems.
• Install both power and comms cables.
• Undertake inspection and testing of systems/
• Commission and set-up of new systems from installation to hand over.
• Ability to fault find and resolve any electrical issues.
• Ensure all work is carried out both efficiently, safely and to the required schedule.
• Ability to work alone or within a team.
• Working on PLC systems (Omron, Siemens etc), training to be provided if required.
• Experience with Pneumatic systems preferred although full training provided.
• Good technical communication skills
