Job Description
Nitra is seeking a Growth & Enablement Marketing Manager to support their rapidly expanding go-to-market organization. This hybrid role combines generalist marketing execution with sales enablement and product marketing support, working closely with Sales, Product, and leadership to drive awareness, pipeline, and conversion. The ideal candidate will be a generalist marketer comfortable operating across multiple channels.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, or GTM roles
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Proven ability to support sales teams with content, tools, and training programs
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Comfort working across teams and driving initiatives forward
