Job Description
Nitra is a fintech company seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify, qualify, and engage with potential clients in the DC or NYC area. This in-person role involves cold calling, networking, and building a sales pipeline to support company growth. Nitra offers an owner-employee structure with equity and competitive compensation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling potential clients/customers to generate leads and initiate sales conversations.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, with a demonstrated ability to effectively engage in cold calling activities and drive lead conversion and sales growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and a passion for sales.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software (a plus).
