Licensing and Reporting Senior Analyst - Regulatory Compliance

Nium, a global leader in real-time cross-border payments, is seeking a Licensing and Reporting Senior Analyst - Regulatory Compliance to support the maintenance and administration of regulatory licenses across the United States and other Americas jurisdictions. The role requires strong organizational discipline, regulatory knowledge, and cross-functional coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5 - 8+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, licensing, regulatory reporting, or related functions
• Experience supporting US Money Transmitter License (MTL) programs and the NMLS system
• Experience support MSB registrations and the FinCEN and FinTrac systems
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
