Job Description
Lead vehicle-related field, warranty, and assembly issues; define containment actions and drive to closure. Drive design and process improvements and manage engineering changes from concept through implementation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product engineering/manufacturing engineering/quality engineering within PTV/golf carts, powersports, automotive, or a related vehicle/equipment industry
- Demonstrated success leading root-cause analysis and corrective actions in a production environment (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys)
- Experience working directly with suppliers on issue resolution, corrective action follow-up, and ongoing quality improvement
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings/specifications; strong documentation discipline
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills; able to manage multiple priorities and drive closure
