As a Claims Support Assistant, youâll provide essential administrative and customer support that keeps our claims operations running smoothly. Youâll work closely with claim staff, assist customers with questions, and help ensure timely, accurate claim handlingâall while making a meaningful difference for people when they need it most.
Requirements
- Provides administrative claim support assistance to internal claim staff to assist in day-to-day operations
- Serve as a liaison between claim staff and customers to answer basic claim questions
- Directly support the claims CAT plan by answering phones and taking first notice of loss claims
- Provide vendor access to new hires. Perform open and closed file transfers to and from claim staff from one supervisor team to another, or similar tasks within ClaimCenter
- Provide ongoing assistance by entering or fixing vendor data to properly route into Claim system or for reporting accuracy
- Perform all other duties as assigned by General Claims leadership in support of claimâs operations
