Subrogation Claims Rep (I/II)

The Subrogation Claims Rep is responsible for analyzing and conducting investigation of all assigned files for recovery and resolution of subrogation claims.

Requirements

• Customer service experience or experience interacting with the public in a professional setting
• Minimum 2 years with Property Damage, Auto Claims, or Subrogation experience (for Level II)
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Technical aptitude, including working knowledge with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
• Multi-tasking, problem-solving and strong decision-making skills
