Supervisor, Bill Processing

NJM is seeking a Supervisor, Bill Processing to lead and direct the Bill Processing team, ensuring timely and accurate auditing and processing of medical bills. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of PIP/WC systems, applications and processes, and be able to think conceptually and provide leadership to assigned staff.

Requirements

• 1 year experience as a Team Leader or comparable experience
• Knowledge of Workers’ Compensation and Auto Medical
• Knowledge of medical auditing logic
• Strong organization and task prioritization skills
• Detail-oriented, strong decision making, and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
