Job Description
nLIGHT is a rapidly growing laser technology provider seeking a Senior Optical Engineer to support the development of high-power fiber amplifiers. This role involves contributing to cross-functional teams, managing technical tasks, and contributing to the design and testing of fiber lasers. Requirements
- MS degree in engineering discipline, Physics, or Material Science
- Experience with fiber and/or solid-state lasers and amplifiers, optics, and opto-mechanical systems
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong theoretical and experimental understanding of lasers
