BS/MS in Opto-Optics or Physics preferred. Strong lab skills for optical testing and problem solving required. Solid understanding of laser systems and optical theory
Optical Engineer - High Power Fiber Amplifiers
BS/MS in Optics/Eng. 3-7 yrs exp supporting complex systems. Production ramp support, failure analysis, and NCM management experience required. Root cause analysis skills are a plus
Device Engineer
MS/PhD in engineering or equivalent; semiconductor and photonics expertise; understanding of semiconductor wafer fabrication processes and failure mechanisms
Human Resources Manager - Business Units
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. 6+ years of HR experience with 2+ in tech. Strong analytical and organizational skills
Engineering Technician
Associates degree or equivalent or experience. Laser/optics knowledge is essential. Good organizational and communication skills needed
Opto-Mechanical Technician
HS diploma or GED required; 3+ yrs experience with fiber optics; commitment to detail and pride in workmanship
