Job Description
nLIGHT is a rapidly growing company in laser technology seeking a Human Resources Manager to support their growing business units in Camas, Washington. This onsite role involves managing employee relations, talent acquisition, recruitment, HR programs, and assisting with M&A. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and experienced in HR practices.
